  1. Writing up Jev as one vote, not a replacement for judgment

The position of the decision model Jev, discussed in NexA Voice #067, #068 and #070, is now published as an article. We run many AIs in parallel as parts, so Jev does not replace decisions. It fits loose, high-volume, high-speed calls such as filtering live-stream comments. The article links to the original episode and the related Tesuji story.

  1. Answering, as an article, a question left open in 2008

In 2008 a memo tool running on both PC and mobile left one question open: what is the PC's side of supporting an idea? That answer is now published as an article in all five locales. The subject was never the split between devices; it is whether a capture surface exists where the thinking happens. Nariya Listen is the current implementation of that answer, and the article opens it directly. We will check /en/writing/capture-beats-recall/ page_view and writing.article.work.open next.

  2. Fit Japanese and Chinese headlines inside a phone screen

The writing index headline ran past the page width in Japanese, Cantonese, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese, leaving those pages scrolling sideways. English wraps between words, but a line-breaking rule meant for Latin text blocked wrapping inside a CJK run. Those locales now use per-character wrapping, so a Hong Kong headline that overflowed by 291px stays on screen. We will check page_view on /ja/writing/ and /yue-hk/writing/ with writing.article.next.open next.

  3. End the "recording, but silent" failure

The Nariya Listen card on the homepage now states the current recording guarantee. When shared audio stops arriving, Listen says so on screen and reconnects the audio path, and it no longer stops by mistake after a source recovers from mute. If recovery fails, it saves the usable portion instead of silently recording nothing. We will compare hero.listen.open with Listen-side listen.record.toggle next.

  4. Search and AI tools can now resolve Nariya as one entity

Every public page in all five locales now carries JSON-LD structured data. It states machine-readably that 竹村也哉 and Nariya Takemura are the same person, that the role is NexA founder and product builder, and that the X, GitHub, and LinkedIn profiles belong to him. Article pages are emitted as Article with an author and a publication date. We will verify the canonical URLs in the Rich Results Test next.

    Permalink to this update
  5. The end of an article now opens onto the real thing

Every article page now ends with the products that judgment runs in, a link to the current work page, and two more articles to keep reading. A visitor who arrives from X for one article gets a next step instead of a dead end. We will check writing.article.work.open and writing.article.next.open on /en/writing/ next.

  6. A 2007 Trac note, published as today's planning design

An August 2007 Hatena note comparing Trac and XPlanner is now a published article: adding hierarchy to tasks does not add execution. The article carries that judgment through to what FlowAlign and CaseFlow actually output, and it is live in all five locales. We will check /en/writing/hierarchy-does-not-execute/ page_view and article link clicks next.

  7. Browser-only meeting capture that comes back after interruption

Nariya Listen and its www.nariya.net entry now surface on-device checkpoints saved about once a second and recovery on the next visit. Shared audio and the microphone stay on separate channels, and nothing is uploaded. We will compare hero.listen.open with Listen-side listen.record.toggle next.

    Permalink to this update
  8. Put a usable meeting recorder first

Nariya Listen is now the first concrete tool on the homepage. It records shared audio from another tab or desktop with an optional microphone mix, stores it in this browser, and uploads nothing. We will compare hero.listen.open with listen.record.toggle next.

  9. Put nariyachan’s face before the explanation

The mobile nariyachan page now shows the KyaraFlip-derived character and current role first. The concrete subject of “turn a character into the front door to real work” now sits beside its source and contact actions in the first view. The next comparison is nariyachan.source.open and nariyachan.contact.open.

    Permalink to this update
  10. Made the default card Nariya’s public desk

The unexplained abstract fallback is gone. The new 1200×630 card names Nariya Takemura, his NexA founder and AI product-builder role, three current work areas, and nariyachan’s responsibility boundary. Share buttons use clean canonical URLs without cache-busting queries.

    Permalink to this update
  11. A large X card for the Codex forecast

The Codex bonus-reset forecast now has a dedicated 1200×630 visual and summary_large_image metadata. The preview explains that this forecast separates observations from assumptions before someone opens it. We will check the rendered X card and forecast.share.x next.

  12. Brought current proof into the first mobile view

The mobile Current Work page now uses a tighter headline and spacing, while its Public work brief focuses on the latest public build log without a floating launcher covering it. The first view moves from Nariya’s role and contact path to something being built now. The next comparison is click and work.youtube.latest.open.

    Permalink to this update
  13. Connected current work to the latest build log

The Public work brief now reads the official YouTube feed and shows the latest NexA Voice build topic and publication date with a direct link to the episode. Recent implementation evidence now sits beside the work description. The next comparison is outbound YouTube clicks from /work/.

    Permalink to this update
  14. Kept the mobile contact actions readable

While the homepage work and contact actions are visible, the overlapping fixed character and contact launchers now step aside. They return after scrolling, and the contact action still opens CaseFlow directly. The next check is contact_widget_open.

    Permalink to this update
  15. Put the live forecast signal on the homepage

The Live public demo entry now reads the API and shows its within-48-hours probability plus update time before a visitor opens the forecast. The homepage now proves that the demo is moving, rather than only describing it. The next comparison is homepage-to-forecast clicks.

July 2026

  1. Published one page for current work

A new canonical page connects three concrete conversation areas—AI products, company work systems, and character experiences—to live proof in KyaraFlip, FlowAlign, CaseFlow, and the public demo. It also makes the human approval boundary for external commitments and important decisions explicit. The next comparison is page_view against NexA and product clicks plus contact_widget_open.

    Permalink to this update
  2. Published a public guide page for nariyachan

A new shareable page explains nariyachan in three steps: guiding public information, organizing messages, and handing important decisions back to Nariya. It connects the KyaraFlip source, related writing, and contact action at one canonical URL while stating that external commitments and decisions are never automated. The next comparison is page_view against contact_widget_open and outbound KyaraFlip clicks.

    Permalink to this update
  3. Reframed NexA Voice as a weekly build log

The latest episode now leads with its issue number, build topic, watch action, and a nariyachan editor note in one clear sequence. The live YouTube feed also keeps the previous two episodes in view. The next check is outbound YouTube clicks from the homepage.

    Permalink to this update
  4. Brought the latest NexA Voice videos home

A Pages Function now reads the official YouTube RSS feed and automatically places the latest three thumbnails and titles on the homepage. The cards stay lightweight and open YouTube instead of loading permanent players, while checked-in fallbacks remain visible if the feed is unavailable. The next signal is whether video-card clicks turn this current public proof into a useful next action.

    Permalink to this update
  5. Published the evidence and handoff boundary for AI agents

A new article separates executed, sent, and confirmed states, then shows where AI work should return to a person. It explains how FlowAlign, CaseFlow, and nariyachan divide planning, intake, and guidance across canonical pages in all five locales. The next comparison is article page_view against related-product clicks.

    Permalink to this update
  6. Separated analytics consent from floating actions

While the anonymous-analytics consent panel is open, the floating KyaraFlip character and nariyachan contact actions now step out of the way. They return after allow or decline, so controls no longer overlap on mobile. The next check is contact_widget_open alongside post-consent behavior.

    Permalink to this update
  7. Put the forecast value in the first view

The Codex Reset forecast now shows its primary window and update time before the guide introduction. The 390px heading overflow is also fixed, so direct visitors can see the current call before scrolling. The next comparison is X-share clicks per forecast page view.

    Permalink to this update
  8. Gave the mobile first view back to the work

At 390px wide, the header alone occupied 234px and pushed the role statement and live demo below the first view. Navigation now folds into a one-line menu so visitors can read what Nariya builds and reach the current Codex Reset forecast first. The next check is the homepage-to-forecast click.

    Permalink to this update
  9. Moved the Codex reset forecast into the homepage demo slot

The latest 28-day GA window gave /ja/ 35 page views, while the Codex reset forecast did not appear in the viewed-page list. The homepage now opens this current demo directly, showing a forecast window, probability, and falsifiers derived from public milestones.

    Permalink to this update
  10. Made analytics consent compact so the first screen stays useful

The explicit allow-or-decline choice remains, while measurement and contact-protection details now stay in a disclosure. Nariya’s current work and next actions remain visible first, including on mobile.

    Permalink to this update
  11. Added consent-based Clarity behavior analytics

The latest 28-day window had 19 visitors, while only two used a link and one opened the contact entry point. Numbers alone do not show where people hesitate, so Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity now load only after explicit consent. Their page, click, and scroll signals can guide the next improvement, while the contact surface is fully masked.

    Permalink to this update
  12. Published real writing indexes, article URLs, and RSS feeds

The Writing placeholder is gone. Five localized /writing/ indexes, shareable article URLs, and locale-specific RSS feeds are now live. The homepage shows three representative articles and three recent updates, while the 732-entry Hatena reference remains source material rather than a public blog dump.

    Permalink to this update
  13. Redefined the site as a public desk that makes Nariya’s value clear

The site now prioritizes showing who Nariya is and proving what he builds, rather than explaining the site’s operating machinery. The first viewport links directly to KyaraFlip, with FlowAlign and CaseFlow presented alongside it as representative products. nariyachan is clearly framed as a public guide and message organizer.

    Permalink to this update
  14. Shifted the top page toward current AI product work

The CTO GA director snapshot showed activeUsers, sessions, pageViews, and events all at 0 for the 28-day window. Instead of optimizing a reached page, the top view and Now section now make NexA, AI products, public demos, and the nariyachan intake path clearer for people arriving from X or other public links.

  15. 2010 public channels and release records

Summarized a November 2010 Hatena note from a period when Twitter was becoming the main channel, while the company site and released product pages were still pointed to publicly. Even during a difficult operating stretch, work was being prepared and shipped into visible places. That continuity explains why today's www.nariya.net brings updates, writing, and announcement candidates back onto one public surface.

  16. 2006 software philosophy and operating quality

Summarized December 2006 Hatena notes about software as an expression of philosophy and design intent, discomfort with weak project management, and the practical need for management foundations like svn / trac to prevent regressions. In today's AI-assisted development, philosophy alone is not enough; products are supported by operating quality that connects design, progress, regression prevention, and delivery.

  17. 2007 SCRUM and tool exploration

Summarized April 2007 Hatena notes from a period of trying a SCRUM-like process for game development while comparing trac, Groove, XPlanner, and analog workflow options. A process name alone does not move execution; task breakdown, progress visibility, and practical team fit have to work together. That search still maps cleanly to today's Agile / DevOps / LLM-assisted development.

  1. Recurring maintenance flow is running

Added a recurring maintenance flow for small updates across the update history, locale consistency, and Narrative Mesh announcement candidates. In line with SOUL.md, only public-safe changes are reflected after build and deploy verification. The site will grow through visible updates and stronger announcement paths rather than a large redesign.

  2. 2008 reasoning clarity and communication thinking

Summarized October 2008 Hatena thinking while trying to express the feeling of "I understand the words but not the meaning." A statement can be grammatically valid yet feel contradictory; parts might seem agreeable while the conclusion isn't. Having vocabulary to convey this discomfort politely matters in today's AI-assisted communication and requirements work. Instead of settling for vague acceptance, notice structural misalignment and tighten logical consistency.

  3. 2008 PC-mobile ideation separation

Summarized January 2008 Hatena thinking while prototyping a memo tool that ran on both PC and mobile. The key was capturing ideas anytime, anywhere — mobile was the tool for that. But what could PC do to support ideation? Serve as an ambient environment for watching thoughts drift, or as a tool for finishing output? This question continues in today's multi-device, AI-assisted development.

  4. 2009 market shifts and the weight of execution

Summarized a July 2009 Hatena note about work changing as mixi apps and iPhone opened new markets. Work still existed, but the old ways of getting it no longer reached far enough. Talking with other people made the company direction clearer, yet execution remained the hard part. That distance still matters in today's work of building and delivering products.

  5. 2008 implementation vs design awareness

Summarized a February 2008 Hatena note that verbalized the difference between thinking well and thinking poorly. Sometimes you think you are considering implementation methods, but the real blocker is that the design is not yet decided, so no code can move. Making this distinction explicit matters even in today's AI-assisted development. Define what to build before writing code.

  6. 2008 family business and own company balancing

Summarized an April 2008 Hatena note about needing to help with family business. Running one's own company instead of being a salaryman meant having more options. The stance of combining different industries, checking finances and understanding current state, and aiming for synergy connects to today's way of running multiple projects in parallel.

  7. 2008 tool choice and sustainability thinking

Summarized February-March 2008 Hatena records about device selection, data storage formats, and browser ecosystems. The W56T evaluation chose speed and design, the Story Editor compatibility problem raised cloud storage and shared format needs, and the Opera vs Firefox choice weighed plugin ecosystem depth. Today's AI tool choices also demand looking beyond features to ecosystems, data portability, and long-term sustainability.

  8. 2008 engineer craftsmanship thinking surfaced

Summarized a December 2008 Hatena note that frames engineering as craft work rather than artistic temperament. The point is not to reduce technical skill to raw talent, but to choose tools, refine design, and finish something deliverable. That stance still connects to today's product implementation culture.

    Permalink to this update
  9. 2008 mobile UI thinking surfaced

Added an October 2008 Hatena note about mobile interfaces: instead of asking people to type search queries, the better path was already pointing toward suggestions shaped by behavioral context. That question now connects directly to AI-assisted UI design.

  10. 2008 FlashLite mobile prototyping

Summarized January 2008 Hatena records about attempting to build mobile apps with FlashLite 2.0. Wrestling with server integration, emulator vs real device behavior differences, and KDDI device quirks while trying to ship something working in one day — that implementation velocity is the prototype of today's product development.

  11. Early content market observation from 2007

Summarized 2007 Hatena records about visiting a Taiwan doujin event, watching the early international spread of Hatsune Miku and Nico Nico Douga, and observing regional differences in content industries. The habit of reading market depth, quality, distribution routes, and business opportunities together laid the foundation for today's localization and multi-region expansion.

  12. Summarized the 2009 social app strategy

Summarized 2009 Hatena records about expanding from mixi apps and social games toward iPhone, Android, and Facebook. The habit of judging appeal, economics, and distribution together still connects to today's product operations.

    Permalink to this update
  13. Added a nariyachan and Kiramiya Nexa dialogue surface

Added a prototype section where floating character heads talk through news, internet weather, and public-site notes. It starts as static topic switching and can become a reusable format for public-safe commentary.

  14. Dug up 2006 Windows Mobile development environment

Summarized 2006 Hatena records about buying multiple zero3 and zero3es devices and starting Today plugin development. Touching a 4-year-dormant dev environment and caring for tiny devices while building connects to today's multi-device culture of implementing while touching real hardware.

    Permalink to this update
  15. 2008 iPhone development and tool thinking

Summarized 2008 Hatena records about PC and mobile device roles, memo tools for capturing ideas, and the first steps into iPhone development. The habit of building anytime, anywhere prototyping environments continues in today's multi-device and AI-assisted implementation culture.

  16. Early web development practices and prototyping thinking

Summarized 2003-2005 Hatena records about my-r.com, moving the home base to Hatena, interest in wiki-like spaces, and blog/script tools around work. The starting points of building, testing, and running small became visible.

    Permalink to this update
  17. Found early multi-device practices from 2006

Summarized a Hatena inventory note showing W41H on AU and zero3es on willcom carried at the same time. The habit of touching multiple devices and foundations while building still connects to NexA’s implementation culture today.

  18. Organized cross-platform development records

Summarized 2009 Hatena entries about working across Flash Builder, Xcode, and VMware. Balancing planning and coding, switching environments while shipping, and reviving old projects are connected themes.

  19. Added public profile signals to the improvement loop

The public X, GitHub, and LinkedIn profiles can now be used as references when considering future site improvements and content additions.

  20. Added site navigation and machine-readable guides

The header and footer now link to the main sections, with sitemap.xml for search engines and llms.txt for AI agents.

  21. Tool choice and work design

Summarized Hatena notes on FlashLite experiments and ThinkPad X61 update trouble into one public-safe thread: trying tools, keeping them usable, and designing work so it does not stop.

  22. Themes that emerged from the Hatena archive

After reviewing the 2003–2011 archive, recurring themes include fighting games and implementation thinking, tool selection and task management, and the flow of prototyping and business work during the mixi app and Flex era.

    Permalink to this update
  23. Added the Hatena archive inventory to Writing

The Writing section now shows that 732 older blog entries are available as a reference archive, that review and summarization come before publishing, and what writing returns next.

    Permalink to this update
  24. Pointed GitHub to the personal account

The header GitHub link now points to github.com/nariya instead of the NexA organization account.

    Permalink to this update
  25. Added a nariyachan intake action inside the hero

The hero now includes a nearby action that opens the Caseflow contact surface, so the receive-message copy has a real interface.

    Permalink to this update
  26. Replaced the abstract hero with a product-led surface

The abstract AI-like visual is no longer the hero. The top view now uses nariyachan and live operating status to feel more current and product-ready.
