NexA founder and product builder. I use AI and software to turn ideas into operating products, from character experiences to company work systems. This is the public desk for representative work, current direction, writing, and the nariyachan contact path.

Built from the KyaraFlip character Takemura Nariya, nariyachan is Nariya Takemura’s public guide. It explains public information and organizes messages for Nariya. It does not autonomously replace his judgment or make external commitments.
It connects representative products, current work, writing, and announcements. Formal company inquiries go to NexA / CaseFlow; personal messages and writing conversations can start with nariyachan.
Character Talk
A lightweight public note format where floating character heads react to news and internet weather. Static for now, but ready for swapping in timely topics.

Watch the momentum. Do not let it steer the room.
Another week where everything is supposed to change.

If everything changes every week, treat it like weather.
So the question is not the model name, but which task gets shorter tomorrow?

Exactly. Count the waiting time that disappears from real work.

Writing
Notes on AI, characters, and work systems from the point where implementation meets operations. This is writing about what is being built now, not a warehouse of old posts.
In 2008 I prototyped a memo tool that ran on both PC and mobile, and one question stayed open: which device supports thinking? Eighteen years later the answer was not about devices at all.
Read articleComparing Trac and XPlanner in 2007 led to a simple conclusion: adding hierarchy to tasks does not add execution. That judgment still shapes how an AI planning layer should be built.
Read articleExecuted, sent, and confirmed are different states. The more AI enters work, the more evidence and human handoffs become part of the product.

In 2008 a memo tool running on both PC and mobile left one question open: what is the PC's side of supporting an idea? That answer is now published as an article in all five locales. The subject was never the split between devices; it is whether a capture surface exists where the thinking happens. Nariya Listen is the current implementation of that answer, and the article opens it directly. We will check /en/writing/capture-beats-recall/ page_view and writing.article.work.open next.
The writing index headline ran past the page width in Japanese, Cantonese, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese, leaving those pages scrolling sideways. English wraps between words, but a line-breaking rule meant for Latin text blocked wrapping inside a CJK run. Those locales now use per-character wrapping, so a Hong Kong headline that overflowed by 291px stays on screen. We will check page_view on /ja/writing/ and /yue-hk/writing/ with writing.article.next.open next.
The Nariya Listen card on the homepage now states the current recording guarantee. When shared audio stops arriving, Listen says so on screen and reconnects the audio path, and it no longer stops by mistake after a source recovers from mute. If recovery fails, it saves the usable portion instead of silently recording nothing. We will compare hero.listen.open with Listen-side listen.record.toggle next.
