Do not reject AI's potential before implementation

AI is not limited to text generation or code completion. It can expand the range people can handle across research, design, implementation, testing, and operational judgment. Deciding in advance that it cannot do meaningful work closes the possibility before anyone discovers the right use.

But output is not the same as value

A convincing explanation, polished screen, or working demo is a starting point, not delivery. Can the user reach the intended outcome? Can a failure be traced? Does the operating cost make sense? Only after those questions are answered does AI output become service value. Hype cannot close that distance.

Do not separate building, implementation, and delivery

A product does not end with an idea or with code. Choose who it serves, make it work, publish it, measure the response, and remove what is not earning its place. The useful goal is not making human judgment compete with AI capability. It is using both to reach a service that works in reality.
